PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Short, spunky and stylish. Jan has wide blue eyes and currently sports a short haircut. While normally around 5'4", she can shrink or grow in size. When shrunken she has a pair of translucent insect wings that come from her back and allow her to fly.
DEMEANOR: Combo of graceful and in your face.
ABILITIES:

Size Alteration: Due to long-term exposure to Pym Particles, Jan can reduce or increase herself in size. She most often shrinks herself to about 1/2 and can alter her mass at will. While in her reduced size her strength is boosted.

Bio-Synthetic Wings: Jam has implanted insect wings she can use one she shrinks to at least a foot shorter than her standard flight.

Wasp's Sting: Jan can create bio-electric blasts from her hands that can cut structures and cause extreme pain.

Insect Communication and Control: Rarely used ability to communicate and control certain insects via antennae.

Fashion Designer: Jan makes costumes for herself as well as other heroes. She has launched a fashion line.

Multilingual: Can speak English, Spanish, Hungarian, French and Italian. She also taught herself to speak the language of the Microverse.

Amateur Screenwriter: Janet wrote a script, The Coming of The Avengers, which detailed her early adventures with Ant-Man and the formation of the original Avengers.

Expert Combatant: Jan was trained in multiple martial arts and unarmed combat fields by Captain America. She was also trained by Hank Pym in a hand-to-hand combat that uses insect size to their advantage.
